It’s not a ‘Fête de la Vapeur’ without the numerous free attractions at the many stations on the ‘Réseau des Bains de Mer’.
Below listed are the planned attractions at each site.
A highlight to note : Saturday 16th April, 2pm, at Noyelles station – the official opening of the ‘10th Fête de la Vapeur en Baie de Somme’ organised by the CFBS and a celebration of 20 years of the twinning of the Kent & East Sussex Railway with the Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme.

" LE CROTOY "

- Continuous presence of a metre gauge locomotive in steam at the station
- 1922 Crochat petrol-electric railcar running on temporary track along the Avenue de la Gare
- 1920’s inspection trolley running in the station area
- Working demonstration of historic steam engines and equipment (sawmill and clog making)
- Display of agricultural tractors

- ‘Grill Express’ - fast-food outlet in the ‘Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme’ double dining car

" NOYELLES-SUR-MER "

- Speeches, marking the formal opening of the 10th ‘Fête de la Vapeur en Baie de Somme’, in the presence of elected dignitaries and partners and to celebrate 20 years of the twinning of the Kent & East Sussex Railway with the ‘Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme’ (Saturday at 2 pm)
- Standard gauge locomotives on display - 231.K.8 of 1912 and 230.D.9 of 1909 - together with an exhibition carriage from the ‘Cité du Train (models and films)
- Visit to the driving cab of ETF Services diesel locomotive BB75022 in special « Fête de la Vapeur 2016 » livery
- Grand Exhibition – under a 1000 m2 marquee - featuring the ‘Chemin de Fer et de la Baie de Somme’, other associations, partners, media, artists etc. and - in the station building - a ‘Noyelles during the Great War’ themed display.
Locomotives in steam and an authentic Paris metro set from the 1930s (during station stops/layovers)
- Arrival at & departure from the SNCF platforms of special trains (subject to confirmation): :
- Saturday – steam train from Rouen (141.TB.424) about 12.45 pm and 6pm
- Sunday – railcar from Reims (X-4719) about 11 am and 6pm
- Ride on a miniature tram
- Live steam miniature train rides
- Historic vehicle display
- Fast food at the « Buvette de la Gare »

" SAINT-VALERY-SUR-SOMME "

- Standard gauge train services from St Valery – Port station using an authentic Paris metro set from the early 20th century and a steam train with 1930s express carriages
- Shuttle between the ‘Port’ and’ Ville’ stations on board a genuine 1934 Belgian vicinal tram
- Display of a modern SNCF TER Nord Pas de Calais Picardie X-73500 railcar
- Display of mixed passenger / goods steam train from the ‘Belle-Epoque’ era during station stops at St Valery – Ville
- A replica of an 1882 steam launch sailing in the port

- Public train service with numerous trains crossing in this authentic station typical of French secondary railways
- Shuttle service to Cayeux and St Valery – Ville in a 1950s railcar

" CAYEUX-SUR-MER "

- Continuous presence of a metre gauge locomotive in steam at the station
- A 100 year old Decauville steam locomotive, built for service during the Great War (1916), running with open carriages on temporary 60cm track laid along the road between the station and the Market Hall
- 1920’s inspection trolley running in the station area
- Shuttle between the station and the sea front by genuine 1930s Paris bus
- Display of mixed passenger / goods steam train from the ‘Belle-Epoque’ era during station stops at Cayeux
- Rides on a miniature live steam train
- Discover traditional local Picard games
- Food and drinks available at the end of the temporary track :

- Barbecue in the square opposite the Market Hall on Sunday
